WHA Code of Ethics
WHA requires directors, officers and employees to observe high standards of business and personal ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities.
In that regard, none of the above will participate in any decision which may come before the Board if it may benefit them or a family member, client, or business acquaintance, nor will they seek or accept any personal profit, gain, or unwarranted privilege for themselves or any other person.
WHA Board and Advisory Board members are volunteers. They agree that they will not benefit personally from any grant, donation or sale involving WHA.
WHA Board members may serve on other committees and boards in Woodstock. They agree that they will recuse themselves on any matters coming before those entities which may in any way pertain to Woodstock Housing Alliance.
